A drawing made in Ueno Park on a late Saturday afternoon, just after visiting the Van Gogh exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. It was autumn, the leaves were turning, and the park was full of families enjoying the day. I spent a couple of hours drawing here, soaking in the atmosphere — one of those quietly magical afternoons that stays with you.
