This is one of my favourite Bonnard paintings and whenever I'm in Paris, I visit the Musee D'Orsay to go and see it.
I was in Paris just before Christmas this year, and started the drawing in front of the painting. It was such a delight to draw and I felt I learnt so much more about Bonnard's work just through spending time looking and drawing.
