Welsh Lavender Farm

While in Hay-on-Wye, I popped into a shop called Farmers, where they sell lavender products made on a farm high up in the Brecon Beacons. Sarah, who works there, told me you can visit the farm and swim in their outdoor pond. I was sold - it was a hot spell in the UK, so the next day Marple and I spent a wonderful day there. We swam in the pond, I drew on the farm, we bought some of their fabulous products, and finished off with cake in their lovely little café. I used a warm selection of coloured pencils to illustrate the sunbaked earth and warm atmosphere.

Each print is the same size as the original sketchbook page. You can choose whether to include the sketchbook seam or not when ordering. Larger prints (25 x 21 cm) are £35, and smaller ones (23 x 12 cm or 17 x 14 cm) are £30. All prints are made on archival-quality Hahnemühle Fine Art paper.
