Guildhall, Lavenham

Lavenham is one of those villages that looks like it’s been lifted from a storybook — and the Guildhall is right at the heart of it. I was drawn to the contrast between the old timber-framed building and the colourful houses beside it. The afternoon light cast beautiful shadows across the square, and I perched with my sketchbook to try and capture the energy of the place. It’s such a visually rich spot, full of history and character.

Each print is the same size as the original sketchbook page. You can choose whether to include the sketchbook seam or not when ordering. Larger prints (25 x 21 cm) are £35, and smaller ones (23 x 12 cm or 17 x 14 cm) are £30. All prints are made on archival-quality Hahnemühle Fine Art paper.
