Sensoji temple, Asakusa, Tokyo
This was the first drawing I did on this trip to Japan. I arrived in Tokyo in the early afternoon, and headed to my hotel in Asakusa near Sensoji temple, one of the most visited in Tokyo. I always like to draw on the first day , it helps me focus and sets the pace of my drawing trip, so I found a spot near the temple, and although very jet lagged, I throughly enjoyed my doing this drawing.
